Life just keeps popping my fantasy bubbles

O.k. it is really hard to find patterns already made for stuff like exotic dance ware ! So I am slightly frustrated. I guess you can take a figure skating outfit and modify its pattern.Same with Lingerie. But the key words in these sentences is modify. I guess I am starting to see a pattern, just kidding.So again I am promoting the site (hope they don't mind) http://patternschool.com. The site is just full of information on how to make the pattern from scratch.It is differently one of my favorite sites. I guess I was looking for a quick education on patterns and then I would sew up this dynamic dress (because everything would go perfectly)and all would end like a fairytale.Ha! I have just received one of life's reality checks.Surprise, nothing is going along perfectly. But that is OK. .When does it ever? It does not hurt to wish.
Well since I am a retired dancer I have pulled out the old outfits for a good look-see. So looking I am . I have dissected in my head the many parts to some of the worlds tiniest outfits.(oh to be young again)Wow,life gave me another realty check! (not the part of putting on the pounds)But the actual dissection of an outfit.Oh there are many parts and there seems to be stitching coming out of nowhere.I know there is a reason for it, so I shall not dismiss it.That is slightly over stated, But that is the feeling of being overwhelmed I am getting.. I am not going to get frustrated and I must remember baby steps. It took years of lessons to play piano. So I shall keep that attitude for as long as I can.( I hope).
I am hoping that the patterns are helpful to the people whom have downloaded them. Keep checking back for more. It's time for a hot bath now to let some tight muscles relax. And hopefully still find a goal in my future to complete.
